The Kana & Chris Story

According to Kana and Chris, they met around 11 years ago at Journey Church. The exact time is still up for discussion. They spent a few years as friends, some as neighbors, and finally some as a couple. They were waiting for their kids to leave for school before they truly considered a relationship. 

However, if you ask their kids this is how the story goes. 

Kana and Chris met around 2010, exact time still unknown. This then brought together their girls, who are more observant than given credit for. We saw the spark instantly. We knew before they did that they would be where they are today. We saw all of their shared kisses, even the ones they thought they hid. Yes, especially the ones in the kitchen before Saturday breakfasts. We saw the hands being held in the many movies Chris took us all to. We saw the love behind all the laughter. Even when we were told they were just friends, we knew. 

So when they officially told us they were dating a few years later, we were just glad they finally got on board with the rest of us. I mean, after 10 years of joint holidays you would think they would see it too? 

Their love for each other has been evident every step of the way. This marriage? Inevitable.
